He is a seasoned professional in the power sector with more than 31 years of
rich experience spanning across power generation, transmission, and HR.
He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Patna and an Executive
MBA from IIM Ranchi, which combine technical expertise with strategic management skills.
Over the course of his career, he has contributed extensively to strengthening and expanding power
infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency,
and driving innovation in the sector.
His leadership has been instrumental in planning and executing critical transmission projects,
addressing challenges of grid stability, and enabling reliable power delivery.
At present, he is serving as Director (Technical) at Jharkhand Urja Utpadan Nigam Limited (JUUNL),
where he continues to guide initiatives that support the state’s growing energy needs and align
with its vision for sustainable development.
